Delays & Issues
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Klayly is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us and we'll work to resolve it.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll make it right.
